All completed orders will be returned to you on a basic CD, unless stated otherwise. If more than five CDs are needed for an order, a basic DVD will be substituted instead. If desired, aditional CDs or DVDs can be purchased at the time of order.
Slide shows are available for any film, slide or photo scans for the
full price of another CD or DVD (
see below for details.) Slide shows are available as movies (DVD Player or QuickTime), PowerPoint files or as HTML slideshows.
For all scaning jobs, you can choose to receive a copy by mail or you can download your order. Please make this choice on the order screen. If you opt to download, a CD will not be sent unless one is ordered separately.

Movie Conversions
All movie conversions are $24.99 per item. Movie can be converted from the following media types to a DVD:
- VHS
- VHS-C
- MiniDV
- Hi8
- Digital 8
- 8mm Film Reels
- Super 8
Movies can be converted to a movie DVD ( to be viewed with a DVD Player) or as a QuickTime movie (to be viewed on your computer.)
All movie conversions will be put on an Advanced DVD (
see below for details) at no additional charge. Also, you can choose to have your DVD shipped in a standard DVD case or in a movie-style 'cake' box.
Audio Conversions
All audio conversions are $9.99 per item. Cassettes can be converted to either an MP3 CD or an audio CD. The following media types are able to be converted:
Data Recovery
We charge $90 to attempt data recovery and an additional $500 - $700 upon completion, depending on the complexity and completeness of the recovery.

- Download (only available for photo, film and slide scanning): Scaned photos will be uploaded and available for download through you account.
